Refund & Cancellation Policy
Physical Merchandise (Gear & Apparel)
We have a 30-day return policy for physical goods. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: sand-free, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.
Camp Registrations & Services
Cancellations for beach volleyball camps are subject to the following conditions:

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the camp start date.

Partial Credit: Cancellations made within 7 days of the camp may be eligible for a credit toward a future camp, depending on availability.

No-Shows: We cannot offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your gear upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong size/color so we can make it right before you hit the court.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Custom Gear: Personalized jerseys or custom-printed camp apparel.

Personal Care: Sunscreen, mouthguards, or used water bottles.

Sale Items: Items purchased from our "Clearance" section or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the right fit is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period
For merchandise shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition with proof of purchase. Note: This applies to physical goods; service/camp bookings may be subject to different cooling-off rules once the camp date is locked in.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out to us.
